Q. How do I get started as a PINPAY MISO/Agent?

A. The PINPAY system utilizes MISOs (Master Independent Sales Organizations) and sales agents to introduce and signup online and storefront merchants to the PINPAY Network. The MISO receives discounts on all PINPAY services and establishes a direct relationship with PINPAY. A MISO's commitment to the marketing and sale of PINPAY services can be demonstrated either by an upfront delivery of merchants or by submission of a business plan which demonstrates the ability to meet the sales objectives. Upon plan acceptance, PINPAY will provide the MISO access to a private account management area. Sales agents participate in PINPAY sales as a member of a MISO.

To get started contact a PinPay representative or email salesteam@pinpay.net

Back

Q. I would like to sell PINPAY services but I am not an MISO, how can I participate?

Q. What is involved in signing up an online or storefront Merchant to PINPAY services?

A. The Agent presents the beneficial PINPAY payment service opportunity to existing merchant account and/or new potential merchants. Upon gaining Merchant interest in the service, the agent assists the Merchant in completing and submitting the "Merchant Account Application." In addition, the Agent has the Merchant sign the four (4) page signature document to the PinPay Merchant Account Service Agreement. This four page document requires the signature of an authorized party from the merchant, and the MISO; after which the document is delivered to PinPay by either email to sales@pinpay.net, or faxed, or mailed.  Upon receipt and verification of the online application and the physical signed agreement the merchant can be approved and PinPay service can be commenced.  A copy of the PinPay Merchant Account Services Agreement is provided in the Merchant section of this website.

Back

Q. How are online and in-store Merchants paid, and MISOs/Agents compensated?

A. The payment transaction is cleared and settled in real-time. The Merchants receive payment immediately. The amount transferred is the transaction price less the merchant discount. The MISOs receives the earned compensation immediately and the Individual agent's compensation is paid to the agent by the MISO.

Q. Can a new Merchant, who signs-up for PINPAY, be operational in a couple of days?

A. Every online store merchant in the world is in dire need of PINPAY. Online merchants are currently paying for nearly all of the fraud which occurs in online purchase and payment transactions. Studies by industry professional peg the cost to merchants for both prevention and actual fraud losses at 6% to 25% of the sales dollars received from Internet store operations. Q. How do I sell PINPAY payment services to home business sales organizations, ISPs, Web Hosting services and all types of businesses which support online sales businesses?

A. Many businesses focus on providing products and services to support online stores and home businesses based on using the Internet as the sales store. Some of these businesses are focused on pure home business sales and marketing, while others provide URLs, websites, ISP services, web hosting services, shopping carts, conventional payment gateways and related online store operational services. There are many factors which impact the success of these types of businesses, but one important element is the availability of a payment service, or what is commonly called a "merchant account."

Without a merchant account an online business operation has no way for online customers to pay for the products and services offered. No means of payment means failure of the business. Because many of the purchasers of home business opportunities, online store services, and related online store products and services do not have experience in merchant operations or may have poor or bad credit. Therefore, attaining a conventional merchant account may be difficult, expensive or even impossible.

It is because of these difficulties that PayPal was acquired by e-Bay. Many of the people who wanted to sell items online could not get a conventional merchant account so they could not sell their items on e-Bay. For e-Bay to grow it needed a means for anyone to get a payment service that would allow the party to sell online. The e-Bay answer was to buy PayPal.

PINPAY offers many advantages over the exiting PayPal payment service. PINPAY will operate right along with PayPal, there is no need for one to cancel PayPal services in order to join and use PINPAY.

PINPAY and the SoftCard provide these organizations with a payment system and money transfer system which eliminates these difficulties. The PINPAY network is available for all types of merchants without participation restrictions and without high merchant account fees and costs.

Some of the great benefits offered by PINPAY are that the online store operator does not need a bank account. That means about 1.7 billion individuals can be potential customers for the home business sales organizations, ISP service providers, web hosting businesses and other similar online store service providers.

It also means that these sales businesses can inform their customers that by accepting PINPAY as a payment option their customers' home business have the opportunity to reach sales throughout the world, to almost 2 billion individuals who have bank accounts or a payment card, as well as about 4.6 billion individuals that are unbanked. This expanded access to potentially 4.6 billon unbanked individuals world wide is provided through the SoftCard and PINPAY network design.

PINPAY is the only payment service that can offer an online store business potential direct and uninhibited access to 6.63 billion individual customers and approximately 900 million worldwide businesses and merchants.

Payments are directly and instantly made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the online merchant and there are NO setup fees, NO monthly fees, NO annual fees, and NO non-use fees. It is a simple payment service to add to the existing operations that does not interfere with any existing payment services or operating agreements.

Q. How do I sell PINPAY payment services to online travel agencies and travel related businesses?

A. Most online travel agencies, plus online airline, hotel and auto rental booking agencies have serious problems with payment cancellations and revocations. Because many sales or special pricing deals provided by airlines, hotels or auto rental businesses are based upon a firm non-revocable and guaranteed sale, any payment cancellation or revocation causes serious problems and financial hardships.

When an online travel agency accepts payment from an online customer, with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or other major credit card, the agency may tell the customer the sale for the travel is non-refundable and non-cancelable; however, that claim by the agency is not contractually binding on the customer who uses a major credit card for payment. PINPAY and the SoftCard provide these organizations with a payment system and money transfer system which eliminates these difficulties. The PINPAY network is available for all types of travel agency and travel booking business merchants without participation restrictions and without high merchant account fees and costs.

Any travel agency or travel booking business which instructs a special travel deal customer to use PINPAY and their SoftCard for payment can be assured the payment is real and non-reversible by the payment service.

PINPAY is the only payment service that can offer this significant benefit, plus payments are directly and instantly made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the online merchant and there are NO setup fees, NO monthly fees, NO annual fees, and NO non-use fees.
