Available worldwide to merchants, businesses and governments, PinPay services all types of merchant applications including: purchases, payments, collections, commission and payroll payouts and money distributions. Given these many applications, an agent may need assistance in presenting the benefits to a specific merchant or a specific industry.
To assure every Agent’s success PinPay provides sales training, support and supervision through the Agent’s local MISO (Master Independent Sales Organization) and, as needed, additional support from the PinPay sales support team. All Agents also have access to the sales support reference materials. This library of information includes: FAQs for both merchants and agents, and white papers, all of which are available at this website. Other materials are available from your MISO and may include: samples of PinPay introductory letters, power point briefings describing the PinPay benefits for various types of merchants, businesses and government agency applications.
To support sales organizations, PinPay logos, art work, business card and letterhead formats and other operational data are available. If you have any suggestions for improvement or would like to submit materials for consideration to be included in the reference library, email them to salesteam@pinpay.net.
In addition, should the Agent’s MISO be unable to provide the needed support the Agent may request special sales support assistance by addressing an email to salesteam@pinpay.net.
