3) Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error, the date and time of any related transfer and the other party’s ID information; such as the SoftCard account user name, the SoftCard account number, or other information about the receiving or the sending parties.
We will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) business days after we hear from you, and correct any error promptly. If we need more time, to address the error, we will notify you. In either situation you will be notified by an email. Your failure to maintain the current and correct email address in the information section of your SoftCard account may result in failure of your receipt of the results of the investigation of the alleged error.
Merchant SoftCard Account Usage Limitations
There are limitations upon obtaining and using a SoftCard account; however, no age limit, no credit rating, and no bank account is required. All merchants, businesses, governmental entities, organizations and persons who are not participating in money laundering or terrorist funding activities, and pass the requirements established by PinPay, can hold and use a SoftCard account. All SoftCard accounts are maintained in United States Dollars (USD). All funds associated with a SoftCard account are held and maintained in a SoftCard account. All SoftCard accounts are initially issued with a $500 USD monthly operating limit. A SoftCard account can be upgraded to a higher limit account by providing PinPay with additional identification and authentication information. The procedure to perform this limit upgrade is available in your SoftCard account management area. Subject to various limiting regulations and laws, there are no daily, weekly or monthly limits on the number of times that a SoftCard account can be used. Third party restrictions and limitations are issued by some countries, financial institutions and regulators on money transfers into and out of specific countries. Some countries are blocked or restricted, to which no funds are allowed to be transferred in or out. Additionally, some countries issue restrictions on the transfer of money to online gambling companies. All of these third party and country restrictions and limitations apply to all usages of the SoftCard account. PinPay does NOT allow any Merchant to take or debit funds from any SoftCard account. All participants acknowledge and accept that PinPay and SoftCard are part of a private payment service and funds transfer service, which may not provide all of the benefits afforded by other payment or money transfer services.
