Various authorities and agencies, including the United Nations, place restrictions on the flow of currencies from and/or to specific countries, parties and websites. PINPAY operates in full compliance with these restrictions.

Restricted Countries

PINPAY prohibits purchase transactions and money transfers to or from the following countries:

Restricted Parties:

PINPAY prohibits merchant and agent participation by parties whose residence is in a restricted country; restricts money transfers to or from individuals who are located in a restricted country; or who are on a restricted parties or business list.

Restricted Websites:

PINPAY prohibits money transfers to and from websites and merchants who operate websites which are listed on selective restricted access lists. These restricted lists include the blocking of certain online gaming websites from the transfer of money which originate from countries who have online gaming access restrictions.
