Higher SoftCard Account Limit

To qualify to increase your PinPay SoftCard account dollar limit and be allowed to transfer more than $500 USD per month, you must scan and electronically submit a copy of a government agency issued photo identification card. The photo identification card can be any type of government issued photo identification card. Some examples include: passport, drivers license, voting card, or any other photo identification card issued by a governmental agency. Upon receipt, review and acceptance of your submittal, the monthly amount you will be permitted to transfer from your PinPay SoftCard account will be increased. There is no assurance that any request to increase the dollar limit will be granted or, if granted, that it will not be revoked. Ownership and use of a SoftCard Account is granted according to the terms and conditions of the PinPay SoftCard agreement. To submit a request, log-in to your PinPay SoftCard account and go to “Request for SoftCard Limit Increase.”
