Obtaining a Card

To receive your card, simply click on "Card Sign-Up", complete and submit the online registration form. Choose your username and you will be issued a password. Keep your password safe and secure at all times; you are fully responsible for the results of the use of your SoftCard account.

 

Changing your User Name
To change your user name; log-in to your card account and select "Edit User Information," and then follow the procedure to change your user name.

 

Changing the Card Account Password
To change your account password log-in to your card account at this website and select "Edit User Information " and then follow the procedure to change your Password.

 

Transferring Money to Another SoftCard
To transfer money to another SoftCard, commonly known as a card-to-card transfer, log-in to your SoftCard account and select "Transfer Money to Another SoftCard" and then follow the procedure to transfer the money. Someone with another SoftCard account can add, (or load) money onto your SoftCard by performing a card-to-card money transfer with your SoftCard being the destination account for the money transfer.

 

Transferring Money to a Bank Account or Debit Card
To transfer money to a Bank account or debit card, log-in to your SoftCard account and follow the procedure to transfer the money. The list of countries and banks that support transfers is continually expanding; see your account for currently supported destinations.

 

Transferring Money From a Bank Account or Debit Card to SoftCard
To transfer money from a Bank account or debit card to SoftCard, simply log-in to your SoftCard account and follow the procedure to transfer the money. Wire transfers into your account can be made from any wire service provider. The list of countries and banks that support direct electronic funds transfers is continually expanding; see your account for currently supported destinations.

 

Pay a Bill or Make a Purchase
A SoftCard account holder can pay an outstanding bill or make a payment to any merchant who is a member of PinPay. To make a payment or purchase, log-in to your SoftCard Account and select "Pay a PinPay Merchant" and then follow the procedure.

 


Loading (Adding) Money to a SoftCard
You can load (add) money to your SoftCard at participating banks, financial institutions and PinPay merchants. Account loading can be by a direct money transfer to you SoftCard account or at selective physical loading locations. At select loading locations you add money by providing the teller or merchant clerk with cash. Some merchants may also accept a credit card, debit card, check, money order or other form of payment. The teller or counter clerk will ask you a few questions and complete the card loading.

 

Withdrawing Money from a SoftCard
You can withdraw cash from your SoftCard at participating banks, financial institutions and PinPay merchants. Withdrawals can be made by a direct money transfer to an authorized bank account or debit card or at selective physical locations. At selective locations, the teller or counter clerk may ask you for your identification, the money transfer transaction code and a few questions to complete the cash withdrawal.
